BSF-State Police joint operation at Kalamchaura village arrested one Bangladeshi Citizen

The Border Security Force and state police launched a joint operation at Rahimpur village under Kalamchaura Police Station of Sipahijala District and arrested one Bangladeshi Citizen Ashraful Islam (19). He was a resident of Madhabpur village under Brahmanpara Police Station in Comilla district.

Acting on a secret report the joint team of BSF and state Police cordoned off the house of one Kawsher Mian and arrested the Bangladeshi citizen during a search operation. An official release said BSF has stepped up its drive against such illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and all field formations are actively breaking down the nexus of touts in the bordering areas.
