Lions Club of Agartala ANISH successfully conducted another Plantation Drive

The lion's club of Agartala ANISH today organised a tree planting event which was took place at Airport Road near the roadside region from TripuraInfo.com office to Bishops House in Durjoynagar, Agartala. According to the Lion's club press statement, club members planted 30 Avenue trees today under the initiative and part of Lions Club of Agartala Anish’s ongoing commitment to enhancing urban green spaces and promoting environmental sustainability.

According to the Lion's club press statement, a total number of 11 volunteers were present for the event.A similar plantation drive was also done on 5th of June 2014 beside the parking region from Jackson Gate to Orient Chowmuhani, Agartala.The members, equipped with saplings and gardening tools worked enthusiastically throughout the day, planting a variety of native trees. The species chosen are well-suited to the local climate and will contribute to improving air quality, providing shade, and supporting local wildlife.

Lion's club press statement said, every tree planted today will brings step closer to a greener and healthier environment.

Lions Club of Agartala ANISH plans to monitor the growth of the planted trees and organize follow-up events to ensure their healthy development. The organization encourages community members to participate in future initiatives and contribute to a sustainable and green future.
