All must play special role in promoting and implementing developmental schemes undertaken by both state and central govt for public welfare: CM

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has urged everyone to take special initiative to promote and implement various government scheme in the state. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said this in a meeting of party leaders and workers at the town hall of the capital yesterday.

According to the Chief Minister, many government schemes have been launched in Tripura. Some schemes are launched with state government money and some schemes are launched with central government money. But many are not aware about the guidelines of these schemes. Therefore, the Chief Minister has called upon the party leaders and workers to propagate at the grass root level about all the government scheme related guidelines. The chief minister said that by doing this, the benefits of the schemes of various government departments will be more beneficial to the common people.

The Chief Minister urged the party functionaries to establish close relations with the people. According to the Chief Minister, the Bharatiya Janata Party's philosophy has always been related to the people.

Chief Minister Dr. Saha also said that the leaders and workers of the party should keep an eye on the progress of all the developmental works designed for the welfare of the people and whether these government schemes are being implemented properly. Only then material development of the state will be possible quickly said the Chief Minister.

Chief Minister in the meeting urged the workers to be vigilant against any kind of violence, disturbance or disorder during the election process.
