Mumbai Police's Crime Branch arrested one hundi scam star from Agartala airport area and took him to Mumbai

On June 4, a secret team from the Mumbai Crime Branch arrived in the state and arrested a youth named Bishu Das. Bishu Das's house is in Narsingarh North Ramnagar area under Airport Police Station of Bamutia Assembly constituency.

It is known that the main gangster of the hundi business in Tripura are three people. Apart from Bishu Das, two others are Suman Das, father of Badal Chandra Das and Sukanta Debnath, father of Hiralal Debnath. The police of Mumbai Crime Branch is conducting a combing search to arrest them too.

It is known that the names of several other ruling party leaders of Bamutia and Narsingarh areas are also included in this circle.

It is known that Suman Das is the cousin of the BJP leader of Bamutia Mandal, Uppal Das. On June 4, Mumbai Crime Branch officials with the help of Airport Police tracked the mobile and arrested Sanatan Das' son Bishudas near the Jai Sangh Club in North Ramnagar. Mumbai Police officials went there and first seized Bishu Das's mobile phone. After asking various questions and gathering information, he was arrested and taken to the airport police station.

It is known that Bishu Das has a bank account in the name of his mother. 25 to 30 thousand rupees are debited and credited daily in this account. This account is handled by Bishu Das.

It is known that the officials of the crime branch of the Mumbai police brought Bishu Das to the airport police station and interrogated him for a long time. Under intense interrogation, he admitted that many others were involved in this illegal trading business.

It is learned that the hundi gangsters used to pay a lump sum to Bishu Das to use his mother's account. Officials of the Mumbai Police took Bishu Das into their custody and left for Mumbai on May 5 with the help of the Agartala court. But two or three leaders of BJP's Bamutia mandal tried hard to oust Bishu Das. But they failed in that.

It is known that Bishu Das's father, Sanatan Das, worked as a day laborer to support the family. And Bishu used to make illegal money transactions through hundi along with Suman Das of North Ramnagar under Airport police station through his mother's bank account. Suman Das and his father Badal Das are originally citizens of Bangladesh. Both father and son have citizenship of Bangladesh and India. Basically it was through them that the smugglers of Bangladesh and Tripura used to carry out the business of illegal transaction of money through hundi.
