2,051NHM health workers and doctors pay structure increases

Tripura government has decided to restructure the salary structure of contractual health workers keeping in mind their professional contribution.Yesterday, the secretary of the health department gave this news in a press conference. Health Secretary Debashis Basu said that the increased pay scale of health workers including NHM will be effective from April, 2023. 2,051 doctors and other health workers will benefit from this new increased pay structure. For this, the additional expenditure of the government will be about 16. 78 crore rupees.
