CM visits ailing tribal welfare minister Bikash Debbarma in Delhi’s AIIMS

The chief minister Dr Manik Saha who reached Delhi yesterday in connection with official engagements, specially the meeting of the NITI Ayog today met the ailing tribal welfare minister Bikash Debbarma yesterday in Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) where the latter is admitted for treatment. The chief minister could not speak to Bikash Debbarma who is bed ridden and not in a condition to talk but he did talk to close relatives of the minister and inquired about his health condition . Later the chief minister also spoke to the doctors treating Bikash Debbarma and tried to gauge the nature of his ailments and how soon he can recover from his ailments. Sources close to the chief minister said that before leaving Delhi after the scheduled inauguration of the new parliament meeting the chief minister will yet again go to see the ailing tribal welfare minister Bikash Debbarma.
