By 10 o'clock on Thursday, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha went to Raj Andar and met Tipra Matha supremo Pradyot Kishore Debbarman. Chief Minister Manik Saha himself informed through his social media that he went to Rajbari to inquire about the physical condition of Pradyot Debbarman.

Reportedly Pradyot has been ill for a long time today. He returned to the state yesterday afternoon after undergoing treatment outside. But recently Pradyot Debbarman was unhappy over a comment made by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. The Chief Minister told a meeting of party representatives at Charilam that there is no such thing as king and maharaja in democracy. So the Chief Minister asked party man not to address him as Maharaja. Although the chief minister made this comment in a secret meeting of the party, it was published in the media. This led to discontent among the Tipramatha supporters who claimed Tipraland. Party supporters burnt effigies of the chief minister in front of the police in Takkar Jala. In this situation, the incident of going to the Chief Minister's Rajbari at around 10 pm yesterday is considered by political experts to be an attempt to mitigate the anger of Pradyot Debbarman.

However, the Chief Minister said on his social media, "On hearing about the illness of Tipra Matha Supremo Shri Pradyot Debbarma, I immediately went to his residence and inquired about his physical condition.

I pray to Sri Sri Mata Tripurasundari for his speedy recovery.
