Left MLA Ramu Das' house attacked, his old mother injured, many houses of opponents vandalized

A group of miscreants attacked the house of Left MLA Ramu Das today evening at his West Pratapgarh Kabiraj Tilla residence. CPIM MLA Ramu Das's old mother is covered in blood due to the attack of these miscreants allegedly of the ruling party. A 70-year-old woman and mother of Ramu Das was taken to hospital.

MLA Shri Das told media representatives that a group of miscreants started attacking the residents of the area since this morning. 'BJP' has taken over the ruling power of the state. But Pratapgarh assembly seat could not able to retain. With this, a section of BJP supporters have been attacking the opposition supporters in the area since the day of the counting for the past several days. Taking money from many innocent people by force. The homes of those who cannot pay are being attacked.

Ramu Das also said that opposition party supporters were attacked on their way to and from the swearing-in ceremony since this morning. By evening, a group of miscreants entered Ramu Das' house and broke the tin fence. They asks his old mother where is MLA Shri Das. Ramu's mother says he is not at home. But not satisfied with Ramu's mother's answer, the miscreants bloodied her. The injured 70-year-old woman was taken to the hospital by some local people.
