Innocent auto driver attacked in Khairpur for joining CPM procession

An innocent TomTom ( auto) driver was severely beaten up by miscreants in Khairpur on Monday during the election meeting of CPIM party candidate Pabitra Kar.

Allegedly, some BJP miscreants broke the hands of the tomtom driver and his tomtom was set on fire. Kalipad Chakraborty, the driver who is currently undergoing treatment at GB Hospital, said that some BJP miscreants from Tolakona area had attacked him and his son several times before. The police have been informed each time. But the police never arrested the culprits. So, now they don't tell Police even after they are attacked. He told the media that he has entrusted the punishment of those BJP miscreants to God.
