Two accused arrested Sabita Debnath murder case

After three days of recovery decomposed body Sabita Debnath, two prime accused involved in the murder was arrested on Tuesday by South Tripura district police.

Police sources said that arrested two accused persons were identified as Srikrishna Debnath (40) and Champa Debnath (29) and both were produced before a local court with police remand appeals to unearth murder mystery.

It may be recalled here that on September 24 last, after missing for six days, a decomposed necked body Sabita Debnath (47), was recovered at a jungle at Belonia in mysterious condition.

Body of Sabita Debnath of Baroj Colony area under Belonia police station was noticed by few local people in necked condition and her head and neck was severely compressed and found in decomposed position. Soon after recovery of the body, a forensic team and dog squad of police rushed to the spot and after primary investigation, the autopsy of the body was conducted on the spot.

Police also said that they started interrogation to arrest both persons to unearth mystery of the murder
