Salary of Contractual doctors in govt. dispensaries in Tripura is 55000 and nurse salary is 9500, ESI society called interview for the third time

Doctor salary in a government run dispensaries in Tripura is 55000 and nurse salary is 9500. No one is willing to join the work at such a low salary. So no one is giving response. In this situation, the Tripura Employees' State Insurance Society (ESI Society) under the control of Tripura Labour Department called the interview for the third time on August 3.

As per the 3rd call of the Expression of Interest (EOI), called by the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Tripura Employees' State Insurance Society , the Number of total vacant post is three in which 2 post is reserved for ST and one is for general. Salary / Honorarium per month is Rs. 55,000 (fixed). The applicant should be an Indian National having MBBS Degree from an Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCD). Preference will be given to medical professionals who have worked in the Tripura Health Service, Government of Tripura or any ESI Hospital/Dispensary. Age limit is Not more than 70 years as on 3l-07-2022. The appointment is completely temporary for requirement of Tripura Employees' State Insurance Society for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of joining in the present post.

Similarly, for filling up the vacant posts of auxiliary nurse midwifery (ANM) in Employees' State Insurance Dispensaries under "Tripura Employees' State Insurance Society", the total number of vacant post is three in which one post is reserved for ST and two post is un reserved ( UR). Salary / Honorarium is Rs. 9,500/- per month (fixed). Qualification is HS (+2 stage) passed and at least Diploma in ANM / GNM course from a recognised Institute of Indian Nursing Council and State Nursing Council recognition. Preference will be given to the candidates who have worked in the Tripura Health Service, Govt. of Tripura or any ESI Hospital/Dispensary in the post of ANM or in the post of such category. Age limit is not more than 65 years as on3l-07-2022.

ESI Society under the control of Tripura Labour Department wanted to appoint 3 doctors and 3 nurses and advertised in newspapers several times. But the problem is that no doctor or nurse is applying for so little money.
