NTA extends deadline to update bank details for NEET UG 2026 fee refund

New Delhi, Jul 06, 2026 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline to update bank account details for the fee refund of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026 exam till the 7th of this month. In a social media post, the NTA stated that refunds have already started for candidates who have confirmed their bank account details. It said that only 8 lakh 29 thousand 510 candidates have so far corrected or updated their bank details. The refund process is being carried out by NTA after the cancellation of the NEET (UG) 2026 examination held on 3rd of May this year over allegations of a question paper leak.
