Tamil Nadu: 37.56% voter turnout recorded till 11 AM in assembly polling

New Delhi, Apr 23, 2026 : In the single-phase elections in Tamil Nadu today, voting is going on peacefully in all the districts. According to the approximate voter trend, the voting percentage is at 37.56 per cent. Namakkal, Erode has recorded a maximum of over 41 per cent. Chennai, Salem, Tiruppur, Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram and Virudhunagar have registered above 35 per cent.
