Court has dismissed all charges and discharged all accused: Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi, Feb 27, 2026 : After getting acquitted in the alleged Delhi excise policy scam, Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said that the court has dismissed all charges and discharged all the accused. Mr Kejriwal said that he is honest, and the truth prevailed.

Regarding the acquittal of Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and other accused in the alleged Delhi Excise Policy scam, BJP Spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said that the lower court acquitted them due to lack of evidence. Calling it a technical matter, he alleged that hundreds of mobile phones and SIM cards had been destroyed. He said that the party would give a structured reply after all the details on the entire issue came out.
