PM urges Bihar voters to exercise franchise with enthusiasm

New Delhi, Nov 06, 2025 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged voters in Bihar to exercise their franchise with full enthusiasm in the first phase of Assembly elections.

In a social media post, Mr Modi specially congratulated all young voters of the state who will exercise their franchise for the first time.
