Government refutes fake AI-generated video

New Delhi, Oct 04, 2025 : Government has refuted claims of a fake AI-generated video of Air Chief Marshal Amarpreet Singh.

The Fact Check Unit of Press Information Bureau has said that the video is fake and digitally altered, and that Air Chief Marshal has not made any such statement.

It said that AI-manipulated videos are being spread to create panic and mislead people.
