“HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CAPTAIN”: FILM INDUSTRY EXTENDS WARM WISHES TO PM MODI

New Delhi, Sep 17, 2025 : Bollywood stars and entertainment personalities have extended heartfelt wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of his 75th birthday, praising his leadership, dedication, and contribution to the nation.

Actor Akshay Kumar took to X to express his admiration for the Prime Minister. “Heartfelt birthday wishes on your 75th birthday, @narendramodi ji. This is my prayer from the heart that you be blessed with long life and good health… May you continue to take India to new heights. Happy Birthday, Captain,” Kumar wrote.

Veteran actor Anupam Kher shared a heartfelt video on Instagram, calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi a role model for people of all ages. Recalling his first meeting with the PM during his tenure as Gujarat Chief Minister, Kher said he has always found the leader’s personality unique and inspiring.

The senior actor praised PM Modi’s discipline, energy, and ability to make Indians proud on the global stage, adding, “You have given us many reasons to feel proud of India. We are fortunate to have a Prime Minister like you”, Kher said in his video message.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan shared a special message for the Prime Minister, noting that at 75, PM Modi’s pace and energy surpass that of many young people.

In a video message on X, SRK said in Hindi, “Today, on the 75th birthday of the Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, I would like to wish him a very happy birthday.” He went on to describe PM Modi’s journey as inspiring, highlighting his discipline, hard work, and dedication to the country. Wishing him good health and strength, SRK added, “The truth is that at the age of 75, your pace and energy leaves even young people like us behind. So, I pray that you always stay healthy, strong, and happy.”

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan wished PM Modi a long life and strength to lead India towards progress and advancement.

In a video posted on X, Aamir said in Hindi, “On the occasion of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, I wish you a very happy birthday, sir. The contributions you have made for the development of our country will always be remembered.”

He added, “On this happy occasion, I pray to God to grant you a long life. I also pray that God always gives you strength so that you can continue to lead India forward, towards progress and advancement. Once again, best wishes.”
