Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Agartala, Secures 20th Rank Nationally Among India’s Top Boys’ Day Schools, Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir also secures fourth position

Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Viveknagar, Agartala, has brought further recognition to Tripura by securing the 20th position nationally among India’s top boys’ day schools in the Education World India School Rankings 2026–27.

The achievement marks the school’s third consecutive year among the country’s leading institutions, underscoring its continued commitment to academic excellence, discipline and the holistic development of students. According to the rankings, the institution had secured the 22nd and 23rd positions in the preceding two years before moving up to 20th place this year.

The latest recognition places the Tripura-based institution among the country’s prominent schools and highlights the growing national profile of the state’s educational calendar.

The Education World India School Rankings assess and recognise schools across the country on the basis of their performance and educational standards. Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya’s consistent presence among the top-ranked boys’ day schools reflects the sustained efforts of its management, teachers, staff and students.

The institution is headed by Secretary-cum-Principal Maharaj Swami Shubhakaranand Maharaj, under whose leadership the school continues to pursue its educational mission.

Meanwhile, Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir has also received recognition in the Education World India School Rankings, securing the fourth position in Tripura.
