They are advised to carry valid air tickets or railway tickets/boarding passes and display the prescribed “Airport and Railway Passenger” sticker on their vehicles.
According to the order, such passengers may use any road to reach the airport or railway station and to travel from these locations to their destinations. They should keep their travel documents available for verification if required.
4. Designated parking arrangements
The administration has identified separate locations for VIPs, dignitaries, members of the general public and police vehicles.

The order has been circulated to the Superintendent of Police (Traffic), West Tripura Police, the Home Department, the Information and Cultural Affairs Department, the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, All India Radio/Doordarshan and concerned police stations and administrative officers for information, publicity and necessary action.
The detailed route plan underscores the administration's effort to regulate the movement of multiple idol immersion processions while facilitating the carnival and maintaining access for essential travellers.
Residents, visitors and puja committees are advised to check their designated routes and parking arrangements before setting out, cooperate with traffic personnel and allow sufficient time for travel during the immersion and carnival period.
