Tripura Deputy Speaker Ram Prasad Pal Attends Centenary Celebration of Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika in Kolkata

The centenary birth anniversary celebrations of legendary singer, musician and Bharat Ratna awardee Dr. Bhupen Hazarika were marked with a special cultural and educational programme at the auditorium of Sister Nivedita University in Kolkata.

Tripura Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Ram Prasad Pal attended the programme as the chief guest. The event, titled “Nirodhan,” was organised as part of the centenary birth anniversary celebrations of the iconic musician, whose timeless contribution to Indian music and culture continues to inspire generations.

The programme also focused on extending best wishes to the students for their personal growth, academic success and a bright future.
