New BJP president Abhishek Debroy on tour of north Tripura

As part of his drive to revamp and strengthen the party organization across the state, the newly nominated state president of BJP Abhishek Debroy today reached Dharma Nagar and started meeting with party MLAs and leaders to hold discussion. Sources in the BJP said that Abhishek Debroy had left for Dharma Nagar by railway in the morning and reached Dharma Nagar around 12-00 in the early afternoon. After landing at Dharma Nagar railway station Abhishek , accompanied by local party leaders and MLAs headed for the Town Kalibari temple having checked into the Dak Bungalow. He offered worship there and then reached the BJP Dharma Nagar office bannered as ‘Vivekananda Swardha Shata Varsha’ Bhawn to attend an important organizational meeting of BJP in north Tripura.
Sources said that the meeting was attended among others by the BJP MLAs Jawhar Chakraborty , Jadav Lal Nath, Benoy Bhusan Das, former MLA and state committee member Malina Debnath , Sabhadhipati of north Tripura Zilla Parishad Aparna Nath, state secretary Chandan Debnath and north district BJP president Kajal Das . Addressing the meeting state president Abhishek Debroy called upon all the leaders to work hard for the party organization so that the BJP can further tighten its electoral hold over the state . He also pointed out that anti-India elements within the country and from outside including countries inimical to Indian interests are active trying to destabilize the country and the entire party should remain united and work together to ensure peace and prosperity of the nation and defeat anti-national forces. He also asked workers to settle petty disputes amicably among themselves and ensure that these issues do not become focal points of attacks by anti-BJP forces.
The BJKP MLAs and leaders of north Tripura also highlighted certain problems while addressing the meeting and urged upon the state president to resolve all the problems of the people of the district . They promised to work harder and laid stress on the importance of co-operation from the administration . They were assured by the state president Abhishek Debroy of solution to all the problems.
