BDO Attacked in Dambur Nagar by Ruling Party Leaders

Gandacherra Subdivision's Dambur Nagar Block Development Officer (BDO), Jaydeep Debbarma, TCS was attacked last night at his official residence by some leaders associated with the ruling party.

According to reports, police rescued the BDO in a bloodied state after he was brutally beaten.

Sources reveal that a local BJP leader was behind the attack. Allegedly, the assault was carried out because the BDO refused to comply with demands regarding the allocation of government contracts.

As of now, no arrests have been made. Meanwhile, the TCS Officers’ Association in the capital has started protests demanding strict action against the culprits.
