PM Narendra Modi replies to AMC corporator Abhishek Datta’s congratulatory message, reiterates commitment to national development

The prime minister Narendra Modi who completed twelve consecutive years as elected prime minister in June this year has reiterated his commitment to national development and progress in the coming years. He made the assertion in a reply to a congratulatory message sent by Abhishek Datta, corporator of Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) from Ward no-18.

In a direct reply to his letter the prime minister said that “ over the past 12 years we have worked together to take India to new heights. Basic facilities such as bank accounts, housing , toilets , electricity , gas and clean drinking water have reached crores of families”.He also referred to the unprecedented development in infrastructure , science and technology achieved by his government with the co-operation and dedication of ‘Kariyakartas’ and added that the endeavor will continue.

He thanked the coroporator Abhishek Datta for his ‘affectionate letter’ and conveyed his ‘best wishes for good health , happiness and success’ of him . “ In the coming years the pace of development is set to accelerate even more ; to realize this vision , we will continue to strengthen reforms, good governance , innovation and public participation” the prime minister told corporator Abhishek Datta in his reply.
