iLogitron Technologies Private Limited has issued a public advisory cautioning citizens and job seekers against fraudulent recruitment activities being conducted by unidentified individuals misusing the company’s name. The warning was issued during a press conference held in Agartala, where company representatives expressed concern over a growing number of employment-related scams targeting unsuspecting candidates.
According to the company, several incidents have recently come to light in which fraudsters allegedly collected money from job aspirants by falsely promising employment opportunities with iLogitron Technologies. Company officials stated that such fraudulent practices have been reported repeatedly over the past few years and continue to affect innocent job seekers.
The company revealed that scammers are using fake interview call letters, forged appointment and offer letters, fabricated recruitment communications, and unauthorized documents carrying the company’s name, logo, letterhead, and counterfeit signatures. These deceptive tactics often convince candidates that they have secured legitimate employment, prompting many to travel long distances and spend significant amounts of money.
Officials further disclosed that fraudsters allegedly demand payments under various pretexts, including registration fees, interview processing charges, and job placement assistance. The amounts collected reportedly range from Rs1000 to Rs.5,000 or even higher in certain cases.
Established in 2018 under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, iLogitron Technologies is an Information Technology and e-Governance solutions company operating from Tripura and Bengaluru. The company has been involved in several major digital governance initiatives of the Tripura Government, including the State Single Window Portal, Change of Land Use Portal, and other technology-driven public service projects.
Highlighting its contribution to the state's technology sector, the company noted that it employs software developers, engineers, and technology professionals, many of whom are graduates from institutions within Tripura. The organization stated that it remains committed to generating employment opportunities and strengthening the local IT ecosystem.
Clarifying its recruitment policy, iLogitron Technologies categorically stated that it does not charge any fee at any stage of its hiring process. The company also emphasized that it has not authorized any agents, brokers, consultants, placement agencies, or third-party individuals to collect money on its behalf for employment opportunities.
The company informed that official recruitment notifications are generally published only through its official website and LinkedIn page. For entry-level positions, hiring is primarily conducted through structured campus recruitment drives in collaboration with educational institutions.
Urging job seekers, parents, educational institutions, and the general public to remain vigilant, the company advised people not to make any payments to individuals claiming to offer guaranteed jobs through unofficial channels.
