Tripura Invites Russian Federation as Partner Country for Business Conclave 2026 to be held on July 9 and 10

In a major diplomatic and economic initiative, the Government of Tripura has formally invited the Russian Federation to participate as a Partner Country in the upcoming Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026, scheduled to be held on July 9 and 10.

The invitation reflects Tripura’s growing efforts to strengthen international partnerships and expand global investment opportunities in the state. Officials said the participation of the Russian Federation in the conclave is expected to open new avenues of cooperation in trade, industry, tourism, technology, education, agro-processing, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.

The proposed participation of embassy officials, regional representatives, business leaders, and investors from Russia is likely to further deepen bilateral engagement and help transform emerging opportunities into concrete economic collaborations. The initiative is also expected to promote business-to-business interactions, institutional partnerships, and investment exchanges between Tripura and Russian stakeholders.

The Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026 is being projected as a major platform to showcase the state’s investment potential and strategic importance in Northeast India while attracting national and international investors across key sectors.
