MBB College Bioscience 1988 Batch Holds Memorial for Late Partha Sarathi Singh, Organizes Service Initiative in Agartala

In a heartfelt tribute to their late batchmate, the students of MBB College Bioscience 1988 batch organized a solemn memorial program at on Sunday. The event took place in front of the Medicine Department and witnessed the participation of several former classmates and well-wishers.The memorial was held in remembrance of Partha Sarathi Singh, who was born on April 9, 1966, and passed away on March 14, 2026. Remembered fondly by his peers, Singh’s life and contributions were honored through a mourning meeting that reflected both grief and respect.As part of the tribute, the organizers also conducted Nara Narayan Seva, a humanitarian initiative symbolizing service to humanity. The service activity was carried out with the support of the Rotary Anna Yojana project, an initiative of the , known for its continued involvement in community welfare programs across the region.Members of the 1988 Bioscience batch expressed deep sorrow over the untimely demise of their friend while also emphasizing the importance of coming together not only to remember him but to carry forward values of compassion and service.The Rotary Club of Agartala, which has been actively engaged in various social service initiatives, extended its support to the program, reinforcing its commitment to community service and humanitarian efforts.The event concluded with prayers for the departed soul and a collective resolve to keep alive the spirit of unity and service exemplified through the occasion.
