A crucial meeting regarding the upcoming ADC elections was held yesterday night at the BJP state office in Agartala. The meeting focused on finalizing strategies and candidates as the party prepares for a full-scale electoral contest.
Following the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha addressed the media and shared key updates on the party’s preparations. He announced that the BJP will release its official list of candidates today after obtaining approval from the central leadership in Delhi. The proposed list sent to Delhi yesterday night for final clearance.
The Chief Minister made it clear that the BJP will contest all 28 seats in the ADC elections, signaling a confident and aggressive approach. Expressing strong optimism, Dr. Saha stated that the party is aiming for victory in all constituencies. Importantly, he also clarified that there will be no seat-sharing arrangement with TIPRA Motha for the upcoming elections, ruling out any alliance at this stage.
The announcement sets the stage for a high-stakes electoral battle in the ADC, with BJP positioning itself for a solo and comprehensive contest across all seats.
