Tripura CM Dr. Manik Saha Speaks to Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini Over Gurugram Student Case, Assures Full Support and Justice

In a significant development concerning the brutal incident involving a student from Tripura in Gurugram, Chief Minister of Tripura, Manik Saha, has directly spoken with the Chief Minister of Haryana, Nayab Singh Saini, seeking urgent intervention and justice for the victim.

During the telephonic conversation, the Haryana Chief Minister assured Dr. Saha that he would personally look into the matter and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to deliver justice to the victim. He reaffirmed his commitment to strict action as per law.

Sharing the update on his official social media page, Dr. Manik Saha informed that he had also spoken with the victim’s mother and assured her of all possible assistance and support from the Government of Tripura during this difficult time.

The Tripura Chief Minister further directed the Chief Resident Commissioner at Tripura Bhawan in Delhi to remain in close coordination with the victim’s family and provide all required assistance.

At the request of Dr. Manik Saha, Tripura’s Social Welfare Minister, Tinku Roy, visited Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi today to assess the situation firsthand. The victim is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Minister Tinku Roy met hospital authorities to obtain detailed information about the student’s medical condition and also interacted with the family members, assuring them that the state government stands firmly by their side. He emphasized that every possible step would be taken to support them.

During his visit, the Minister also held discussions with the local police administration and demanded strict legal action against the accused in accordance with the law.

In addition, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has communicated with the office of the Union Health Minister to ensure that the victim receives the best possible medical treatment.

The Tripura government has reiterated its commitment to safeguarding the interests of its citizens and ensuring that justice is delivered without delay in the tragic Gurugram incident.
