DM West Dr. Vishal Kumar Inspects Development Works at West Jarulbachai VC, Stresses Quality and Timely Completion

Dr. Vishal Kumar, IAS District Magistrate of West Tripura, conducted a field visit today at West Jarulbachai VC under Dukli RD Block to oversee the ongoing development works in the area.

During the inspection, the District Magistrate reviewed the construction of roads, drains and various infrastructure projects being implemented under the VB-G and RAM-G schemes. He examined the progress of works on the ground and interacted with officials to assess implementation status and address challenges.

After visiting several project sites, Dr. Vishal Kumar emphasized the need to ensure quality in execution, timely completion of projects, proper utilization of funds and strict adherence to technical specifications. He instructed officials to maintain accountability and avoid delays so that the intended benefits reach the people without hindrance.

The visit was carried out in the presence of the Senior Deputy Magistrate, SDM Sadar, BDO of Dukli RD Block and officers from different line departments. A detailed on-the-spot review was undertaken to examine progress, identify bottlenecks and discuss necessary corrective measures with the concerned officials.

Sharing updates on his official social media page, the District Magistrate stated that directions have been issued to maintain quality standards in all civil works, expedite pending projects within stipulated timelines, ensure transparency and community participation, and strengthen field-level monitoring. He reaffirmed that the District Administration remains committed to accelerating infrastructure development and improving basic amenities for the people through coordinated efforts of all departments.
