Daylight Robbery at Agartala’s Ramnagar 6 Second Crossing: Two Miscreants Snatch Shop Owner’s Gold Chain

In a shocking incident in broad daylight, a shop owner was robbed at Ramnagar 6 Second Crossing in the capital city on Sunday afternoon.
According to sources, two miscreants arrived on a motorcycle and entered the shop around 3:15 PM, posing as customers. They reportedly spoke in Hindi while interacting with the shop owner. After briefly engaging him in conversation, one of the accused suddenly snatched the gold chain from the owner’s neck.
The duo then rushed out of the shop, mounted their motorcycle, and fled the scene before anyone could react.
The incident created panic in the area, with local residents and nearby shopkeepers gathering immediately after the robbery. Police have been informed and have launched an investigation. CCTV footage from nearby shops and establishments is being examined to identify and trace the accused.
