Gopal Roy expresses resentment in commissioning of refined water supply tank in Prachya Bharati School

The former PCC president and sitting Congress MLA Gopal Roy today vented his deep resentment over the non-commissioning of a water supply tanker for supplying refined drinking water to the students and teachers of Prachya Bharati HS School which is under his assembly constituency, Banamalipur. In the course of his movement through his assembly constituency Gopal today reached the Prachya Bharati school and saw that the work on construction of a water tanker for the school , begun two years ago, is yet to be commissioned and expressed his resentment over the issue.

He noticed that the work on construction of the work has already been completed at a cost of Rs 5 lakhs but it is yet to be made operational and , as a result, the students and teachers of the school are being deprived of the urgently needed refined drinking water. He held a discussion over the issue with the head of the institution and himself contacted the officials and technocrats of the water resource department authority . Gopal asked the concerned authority to make the water tanker operational immediately and resented the delay in commissioning at the cost of students and teachers of the school.
