Clash in Sepahijala’s Bongsibari During PM's ‘Mann Ki Baat’; Four BJP Supporters Injured in TIPRA Motha Attack

In a shocking incident during the Prime Minister's ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program at Bongsibari village under Charilam constituency in Sepahijala district, TIPRA Motha supporters reportedly attacked BJP workers, leaving four injured. Among the injured was the district president of BJP's Morcha, who, along with three others, was rushed to Bishalgarh hospital for treatment.The violent altercation, initially confined to Bongsibari, later spread to neighboring villages, heightening tensions in the area. Four motorcycles were vandalized in the clash. Both parties have filed cases and counter-cases at Bishalgarh Police Station.Political tensions in Charilam remain high following the incident, with authorities urging calm to prevent further escalation.
