TRBT Reschedules STPGT 2025 Examination to December 7

The Teachers Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) has officially announced a change in the examination date for the Selection Test for Post Graduate Teacher (STPGT) 2025. According to a notice issued today (No. F.4(1-1)/COE/TRBT/2020/667), the exam, which was earlier rescheduled to November 16, 2025, will now be conducted on December 7, 2025.

The latest notification, signed by Dr. Sasanka Ghosh, Controller of Examinations, TRBT, mentions that apart from the change in the examination date, all other terms, conditions, and schedules related to the test will remain unchanged.

This revision follows TRBT’s earlier notice (No. F.4(1-1)/COE/TRBT/2020/632 dated September 22, 2025), which had initially shifted the exam to mid-November. The STPGT is a crucial test for aspirants seeking recruitment as Post Graduate Teachers in Tripura’s government schools under the Education (School) Department.

Candidates are advised to regularly check the official TRBT website (trb.tripura.gov.in) for updates and instructions regarding admit cards and examination centers.
