The ‘Santi Kali Ashram’ authority, the most influential religious and social organization of the indigenous tribal community, has filed a police case against a female ‘Youtuber’ identified as Baby Jamayta for defaming the ‘Ashram’ with vile comments. During the past few days Baby Jamatya has been carrying on a campaign of calumny against the ‘Ashram’ from her ‘Youtube’ ID known as ‘Baby Jamatya Family Vlog’. Her fake charge is that activists and members of the ‘Santi Kali Ashram’ indulge in and practice occult science and black magic to mislead people.

Taking strong exception to the ‘false and defamatory posts’ of Baby Jamatya, a senior functionary of the ‘Santi Kali Ashram’ in Jirania Khola area, P.K.Debbarma said that ever since being launched in the eighties of the last century by the late saint and principal of the ‘Ashram’ Santi Kali Maharaj, the ‘Ashram’ has been providing social service to the common people cutting across all barriers of identity and making them conscious of their spiritual and cultural identity rooted in the soil of this state and country. “We have among our followers and devotees people belonging to all classes, castes and ethnicities ; so far no individual or institution has been able to raise a finger against us and the vile comments made by this Youtuber have hurt the sentiments of all our followers and functionaries; so we have sought legal redress by filing a police complaint” said P.K.Debbarma.
