Tribal house-wife dies by electrocution , mourning all around

In a tragic incident a tribal house-wife died by electrocution in Phulkumari Kaluadhepa area under Udaipur subdivision. Sources from Udaipur said that Sabita Debbarma (42), wife of Bikash Debbarma and mother of two children , was working in her home in the afternoon . She came across a snapped electric connection within her room and tried to repair it for fresh connection but suddenly she was electrocuted and fell unconscious .

Sabita’s husband and family members took her to the Gomati district hospital by an autorickshaw in a serious condition but the doctor on duty there declared her ‘dead on arrival’. The dead body of Sabita was handed over to her family members after post-mortem. Her untimely and tragic death has cast a shadow of grief and mourning in the Phulkumari Kaluadhepa village .
