A seminar titled 'Approach to Job Opportunities Through Competitive Exams' was held today at Dushki Community Hall in Teliamura under the initiative of Dopha Hamkwrai Society. The event focused on guiding students and job seeking youths about the growing importance of online examinations in securing central government jobs.
Special speaker at the programme, Jayanta Debnath, Editor of tripurainfo.com, stressed that success in government service requires regular hard work and proper preparation for competitive exams. While urban youths of Tripura have comparatively less difficulty adapting to online examinations, rural job aspirants still face serious challenges in understanding the technicalities of online application and computer-based tests.
Sharing his experiences, Mr. Debnath pointed out that Tripura has no shortage of talented unemployed youths. What is lacking, however, is proper guidance and systematic preparation for central government recruitment exams. He emphasized that many rural candidates remain unaware of the process of applying online or taking online computer based examinations, which often puts them at a disadvantage.
Mr. Debnath strongly advocated for government sponsored training programmes to help rural youths gain confidence in handling online job applications and computer based examinations. With most central government recruitment tests now being conducted online and examination centres mostly available in Tripura, such regular training initiatives would significantly benefit unemployed youths from remote areas.
He expressed firm confidence that with proper training and preparation, rural job aspirants of Tripura will be able to secure more opportunities in various central government jobs, leading to greater employment prospects in the state.
