The AIKS delegation alleged that in most of the cases the state government has given no compensation and in a few cases where compensation has been given , the amounts sanctioned has not reached the targeted persons. However, the minister for forest Animesh Debbarma patiently and courteously listened to the issued raised by the AIKS delegation and directed senior officials of the department to take necessary steps for giving compensation as early as possible.
