A red alert has been sounded by the state administration all over the state, specially along the 856 km long border with Bangladesh in apprehension of infiltration of three notorious Pakistani militants of the murderous ‘Jaish-e-Mohammad’ group of Pakistan. Early this week the internal security wing of the union home ministry had put the entire Bihar state police and administration on alert regarding the infiltration of three Pakistani JeM militants into the poll-bound state from Nepal. These militants were identified as Hasnain Ali of Rawalpindi in Pakistan, Adil Hossain of Umrao Kote and Mohammed Usmaon Rao of Bhawalpur in Pakistani Punjab. The trio have been identified with photographs and the Bihar government has sounded a red alert all over the state including in long border areas with Nepal and West Bengal.

Official sources here said that the union home ministry has also alerted all the Indian states in Eastern Zone including northeast region. Since Tripura has come to limelight recently as a safe corridor of Bangladeshi infiltrators and terroristic Rohingiya Muslims , the state government has received strict instructions from the union home ministry to have its act of surveillance together. There are allegations in Tripura, not only against local human traffickers but also against a section of BJP personnel who grease their palms with slush money from human traffickers and allow illegal infiltrators from Bangladesh to come in . The successive Bangladesh governments also silently encourage people to infiltrate into India and change the demography here by settling down and the current illegitimate government propped up by the fundamentalist elements is also irked by the deportation drive launched by government of India against illegal settlers in the country.

Official sources here said that all security forces, specially the BSF , have been put on high alert on infiltration from across the border and vigil has been tightened . The union home ministry through various agencies is monitoring the situation at vulnerable border points in Kailasahar, Dharma Nagar and from airport police station area in Sadar down to Sonamura, Boxanagar and Belonia police station areas in the south for checking infiltration.
