Agartala-born Bharadwaj Sinha, a bright and charismatic young professional, is carving an impressive niche for himself in India’s hospitality industry. Armed with talent, determination, and a natural flair for service, Bharadwaj is all set to begin his career as an Assistant Manager at Taj Bengal, Kolkata, part of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the world’s strongest hotel brand.

Son of Shri Udayan Sinha, a senior State Civil Service Officer, and Smt. Anubha Sinha, a social worker and homemaker, Bharadwaj’s story reflects the power of ambition, hard work, and the right guidance. Born in 2004, he began his academic journey at Sree Krishna School, Agartala, later completing his Higher Secondary education at Henry Derozio School. Encouraged by his elder sister Angelina, who recognized his exceptional interpersonal skills, he pursued Hotel Management at the prestigious International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), Kolkata.

At IIHM, Bharadwaj excelled academically and shone as a dynamic presence. He hosted podcasts with celebrity chefs, industry leaders, and even the Thai Consul General. His communication skills led him to deliver motivational talks at leading schools across Kolkata, inspiring younger students. Recognized for his style and professionalism, he was also awarded the title of Best Groomed Student at the institute.

His practical training further showcased his leadership and composure. As Food & Beverage Supervisor at the high-profile Ambani Wedding at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai, Bharadwaj managed services with precision and poise. He also successfully supervised elite gatherings attended by dignitaries, including the Chief Minister of West Bengal.

Recognizing his potential, IHCL selected Bharadwaj as a Management Trainee (Food & Beverage) at Taj Bengal, one of its flagship luxury properties. After completing an intensive 18-month training program, he now steps into the role of Assistant Manager, an achievement that marks the beginning of a promising journey with India’s most iconic hospitality group.

Beyond hospitality, Bharadwaj nurtures interests in gaming, mixology, and perfumery, reflecting his creativity and refined taste. Mentors at IIHM describe him as smart, charismatic, and driven, a natural leader with the ability to energize any environment.
