In a major relief for state-level national footballer Parvez Bhuiya, the Indian Football Association (IFA) has withdrawn the suspension order imposed by the Tripura Football Association (TFA), which had kept him away from the field for a year without issuing any show-cause notice.

After a prolonged hearing, the IFA announced its decision today, declaring the TFA’s suspension order as “illegal” in its official ruling. The order copy, once received by Blood Mouth Club officials, was shared in a press conference attended by Debashis Bhattacharjee, Bimal Ray Chowdhury, and other members of the club management.

Speaking to the media, Blood Mouth Club representatives strongly criticized some of the TFA officials, alleging that a few “opportunistic members” had acted unethically in handling the case. They asserted that such individuals had no moral right to continue as members of TFA.

Parvez, who represents Blood Mouth Club, and is a national level footballer from Tripura was unable to play in the ongoing league due to the suspension. The club claimed that both Parvez and the team had suffered significant financial losses as a result. Demanding justice, Blood Mouth Club has sought a compensation of Rs. 5 lakh each for Parvez and the club from TFA.

The club further alleged that some of the TFA members have displayed similar authoritarian behavior towards multiple players and clubs in the past. With the IFA ruling now exposing this misconduct, Blood Mouth Club has demanded the voluntary resignation of the TFA members responsible.
