Congress’s march of anarchy , American ‘deep state’ behind ? Successive debacles in elections spur lawless instincts

Having failed on almost all fronts , specially on issues of policy , ideology and electoral contests, Congress’s ‘prince of anarchy’ and fifty five yearold ‘youth icon’ Rahul Gandhi is embarking on another long-distance walking exercise in the name of ‘Voting Rights Protection Yatra’ in poll bound Bihar. The provocation for this so-called ‘Yatra’ is the ongoing 14th special intensive revision of electoral rolls ritually undertaken by the Election Commission of India (ECI) as a matter of periodic and constitutionally mandated exercise to detoxify the voters list.
Rahul who has already lost as many as more than fifty elections as leader of the party and is a charge-sheeted accused in the National Herald scam, out on bail, had first picked on the EVM as a convenient ruse to explain debacles . But this fell flat and the efficacy of the EVMs was upheld by none other than the supreme court of the country, leaving Rahul and his acolytes to bite dust. Now he has chosen to target the ECI, a constitutional body itself, on the issue of SIR which is a normal exercise as per constitution and according to the provisions of the Representation of Peoples Act-1951. He seems to have done so either out of ignorance, total disregard for constitutional authorities or as a tool of forces inimical to India , specially the infamous American deep state that is hell-bent upon subverting India’s emergence as a military and economic power.
Significantly the SIR has already been held 13 times across the country and in states which Congress recently won like Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Telengana and also in states ruled by opposition forces like the CPI (M) in Kerala and Trinamool in West Bengal. In Telengana as many as 22 lakh dead, shifted , duplicate voters had been delisted, in Karnataka 4 lakh, in Himachal Pradesh 47 thouand and as many as 5 lakh voters had to be dropped in Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency represented by Asaduddin Owaisi who had said nothing against the SIR and won the LS seat by a margin of more than five lakh votes. In West Bengal earlier two lakh fake, dead and shifted voters had been dropped whereas in Kerala 3 lakh voters had been added. In poll-bound Bihar now 65 lakh voters have been dropped from the draft electoral roll , 22 lakh of them of dead and the remaining shifted, fake and duplicate voters. A long one month period of ‘claim and objection’ is now on but the Congress party has not been able to put up even Booth Level Agents (BLA) to help voters secure enlistment during the claim and objection period but Rahul is on the track for long-distance walking . The Trinamool that draws political sustenance to its anarchic rule in West Bengal from Bangladeshi infiltrators and terroristic Rohingiyas is itching forward to make common cause with the bankrupt Congress.
What will happen in Bihar election is still a matter of conjecture as the ruling NDA is also partially plagued by long anti-incumbency but the recipe for all-round anarchy is also loud and clear on the political dish. The most regrettable thing is the supreme court’s ill-conceived and flawed judgment directing the ECI to include ‘Aadhar’ card as one of the twelve documents to be produced by aspiring voters to claim inclusion . Initially the supreme court had accepted the ECI’s rational and legitimate plea that ‘Aadhar’ card which is only a document of identity and not a proof of citizenship be kept out but as part of an exercise in judicial populism the final judgement gave the direction on ‘Aadhar’ card which actually violates the constitutional provision enshrined in Article 326. There is little doubt the inclusion of ‘Aadhar’ card as proof, as directed by the supreme court, will open the flood-gates to Bangladeshi infiltrator termites and terroristic Rohingiyas for inclusion in the voters list, despite not being bona fide citizens of the country. Now with Rahul and his acolytes across parties running amok and the apex court succumbing to pulls of populism and antics of the bankrupt opposition, the country can only hope for continuance of a semblance of tense normalcy during the Bihar polls as well as post-Bihar election because most of the pretenders for power in Bihar are manicured jail-birds of the Lalu, Rabri ilk.
