In a significant development, the Tripura High Court will live stream tomorrow’s final hearing concerning the controversial termination of graduate, under-graduate, and post-graduate teachers in 2017 and 2020 without any formal notice. The live broadcast of the hearing will be accessible through the official website of the Tripura High Court and simultaneously on the Facebook page of TripuraInfo.com.

According to a press release issued by Shantanu Bhattacharya, President of the United Forum of Teachers, the matter will be heard by the Single Bench of Hon’ble Justice Subhyasachi Datta Purkayastha. The case centers on allegations that several teachers were unjustly removed from service, violating due process and fundamental employment rights issued without proper termination letter.

Veteran advocate Amrit Lal Saha will represent the terminated teachers, widely referred to as the 10323 teachers, while Advocate General Shaktimoy Chakraborty will argue on behalf of the state government.

All proceedings of the case will be broadcast live on the Tripura High Court's online portal, as per the directions of the Hon’ble Court. This rare move towards transparency aims to provide public access to a hearing that holds considerable significance for thousands of affected teachers and their families.

The legal battle is being closely watched across the state, with many considering it a test case for fairness in public employment and judicial accountability.

For real-time updates and live viewing, visit the Tripura High Court official website or tune into the Tripurainfo.com Facebook page tomorrow during the court session.
