The Directorate of Tribal Welfare, Government of Tripura, have officially released the list of empanelled private institutes, colleges, and universities eligible under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS) – Post-Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Tribe (ST) students of Tripura. The updated list includes private institutions situated across the state and is intended to ensure quality education accessibility to ST students under government-funded financial assistance.

The Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme is one of the flagship initiatives by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, aiming to promote higher education among Scheduled Tribe students by providing financial support for education beyond Class 10.
