The programme began at 11:00 AM with the lighting of the holy lamp and offering of floral tributes to Goddess Saraswati and to the founder of Ramthakur College, Late Pramod Ranjan Bhatta Chowdhury. A total of ten lectures were delivered by the experienced faculty members of the college on these themes.

The Heads of various Departments, faculty members, and office staff were formally introduced to the students. They shared brief overviews of their respective departments, highlighting curricular and co-curricular activities as well as the various student support systems available at the college.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Niranjan Das, Secretary of the Teachers’ Council and Convener of the Induction Programme.
