TIPRA Motha leader Devid Murasingh started his march to Delhi to submit a memorandum to prevent infiltration

A senior leader of the TIPRA Motha party Devid Murasingh, has started his on-foot journey to reach Delhi with an aim to submit a memorandum to the central leaders about the infiltration problem of the state. Before beginning his journey on Saturday, David told the reporters that the problem of infiltration has become a serious issue not only in the state but in the national level. He found that the state government was not taking sufficient steps in this regard and decided to undertake this long journey to draw the attention of the central government.

David started his journey from the North Gate area in Agartala and his ultimate target is to reach in the Jantar Mantar, covering about 2,500 km all on foot, from where he will submit his memorandum. Before embarking in this program, Devid spoke to the TIPRA Motha founder Pradyot Bikram Kishor who has approved the plan.
