In a landmark academic achievement that has brought immense pride to Tripura and the entire northeastern region, Dr. Arijit Das, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry at Bir Bikram Memorial College (BBMC), Agartala, has had his pioneering book and a series of research articles officially indexed in the prestigious libraries of both the University of Oxford and Harvard University.
Dr. Das's acclaimed book, “Innovative Mnemonics in Chemical Education: A Handbook for Classroom Lectures”, and several of his internationally peer-reviewed research articles on chemical education have been cataloged in the Bodleian Libraries at Oxford and Harvard University's HOLLIS Library, two of the world’s most respected academic institutions. This rare recognition highlights the global impact of his innovative teaching methodologies, especially his unique use of mnemonics, a memory-enhancing strategy to simplify complex concepts in organic and inorganic chemistry.
