Tripura’s Women IAS Officer Aditi Majumder Tops Written Exam at LBSNAA, Receives Honour from Lok Sabha Speaker

In a proud moment for Tripura, Ms. Aditi Majumder, a dynamic IAS officer from the state, has secured the first position in the written examination conducted as part of the 127th Induction Training Programme at the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussourie.
Her stellar performance was recognized in a grand felicitation ceremony held at Vivekananda Hall, LBSNAA, where the Speaker of Lok Sabha personally awarded Ms. Majumder with the 'Best Performer in Written Examination' certificate on June 12, 2025.Not just in individual assessment, Ms. Majumder also excelled as part of her team. Her Group 1 was adjudged the Best Performing Group, and they too received a certificate of appreciation from the Speaker in the same ceremony.
The 127th Induction Training Programme at LBSNAA saw 97 officers from 19 states participate in the rigorous six week programme designed to enhance administrative skills, leadership, and public service ethics among newly inducted IAS officers.
From Tripura, other officers who participated in this prestigious training included: Ajit Sukladas, Devananda Reang, Santosh Das, Dhanbabu Reang, Dasarath Debbarma, Mihir Kanti Gope, and Upendra Jamatia. Their collective participation highlights Tripura’s strong representation in the national administrative arena. The remarkable achievement of Ms. Aditi Majumder has brought honour not only to the state but also set an inspiring example for future civil servants from Tripura.
The LBSNAA training is known for its intense modules, and excelling at this level is considered a significant milestone in any officer’s career.
