Tripura Government Signs MoU to Boost Public Service Delivery through Capacity Building of state Govt. employees

In a landmark step toward enhancing the capabilities of state government employees, the Government of Tripura signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Capacity Building Commission and Karmayogi Bharat. The agreement aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public service delivery in the state.

The MoU was formalized yesterday during a ceremonial event at Pragna Bhavan in Agartala, in the presence of key dignitaries including Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha, Secretary of the General Administration (P&T) Department Apurba Roy, Member of Human Resources at the Capacity Building Commission Dr. R. Balasubramaniam, Joint Secretary S.P. Roy, and Advisor to Karmayogi Bharat Shovana Rana.

The MoU was signed by Apurba Roy on behalf of the Tripura Government, Dr. R. Balasubramaniam representing the Capacity Building Commission, and Shovana Rana on behalf of Karmayogi Bharat.

Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha expressed optimism that the new partnership would empower state employees with better skills and tools, ultimately enhancing governance outcomes in Tripura.
