Retired justice S.C. Das Elected State President of Bharat Bikash Parishad

Retired justice and social worker S.C. Das has been unanimously elected as the State President of the Bharat Bikash Parishad. The announcement was made during the organization's state committee meeting held at Press Club hall in Agartala.

A new state committee was formed during the meeting, where Nandan Saha was elected as the State General Secretary, and Uttam Debnath was named Treasurer. The Bharat Bikash Parishad is a national-level socio-cultural organization committed to development through service, education, and cultural activities.

Speaking at the event, national-level members of the organization highlighted the importance of unity, dedication, and consistent social engagement. They also emphasized expanding the organization’s network and developmental activities across Tripura.

Various educationalists, professionals, and representatives of different social service organizations participated in the event. The gathering also included discussions on future plans for youth development, educational empowerment, and social welfare initiatives across the state.

The new leadership expressed determination to strengthen the organization's presence in Tripura and serve society with greater vigor.
