CM Holds High-Level Meeting to Address Public Grievances, Warned Officials Against Negligence

In a crucial meeting held at the Chief Minister's War Room yesterday, Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha directed senior secretariat officials, District Magistrates (DMs), and Superintendents of Police (SPs) to address public grievances with utmost priority.

The meeting, attended by top administrative and law enforcement officials, focused on the rising concerns over unresolved public complaints and media-reported issues. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for strict monitoring and immediate action to resolve grievances efficiently.

He warned officials against negligence and instructed them to stay updated with public concerns raised through various channels, including the media. CM Saha also stressed the importance of prompt responses and accountability in governance to maintain public trust.

This high-level review underscores the government's commitment to ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and effective redressal of public issues.
